KDE Aerial Lab - Client Service Acknowledgement Agreement version: KDE-TERMS-2026-09-v2 1. Client authority and information You confirm that you are authorized to request the work and to provide KDE with access information for the site. You confirm that the information supplied is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you will disclose known access restrictions, hazards and sensitive areas. 2. Flight feasibility and operational authority Site authorization is not the same as flight authorization. KDE is responsible for determining whether the requested RPAS operation can be completed safely and legally under applicable aviation, airspace, municipal and site-specific requirements. The pilot in command retains final operational authority and may delay, modify, relocate, shorten, abort or cancel an operation when required for safety or compliance. 3. Deliverables and technical limits Deliverables are limited to the services accepted by KDE. Aerial imagery and photogrammetric products are visual or analytical products and do not constitute a certified cadastral, engineering, building or roofing inspection unless such professional services are separately contracted through appropriately qualified professionals. Accuracy depends on the aircraft, image geometry, control, environment and processing method used. 4. Media and data Unless otherwise agreed in writing, KDE may retain raw/internal project data and provide the client with the agreed deliverables. Any permission for KDE to use selected imagery in its portfolio or promotion must be recorded separately in the request data. 5. Scheduling and cancellation Preferred dates and times are requests, not guarantees. Weather, airspace, equipment condition, access, site hazards and regulatory constraints may require rescheduling. Commercial payment and cancellation terms are those shown in the accepted quotation or service order. 6. Privacy KDE will use client information for project administration, communication, operations and recordkeeping. Clients should identify confidential or sensitive areas before capture. KDE remains responsible for its own compliance obligations and will not rely on a client's consent to override applicable privacy or aviation requirements.
